At The Walk in Bath Company, we are trusted to visit many customers’ homes across the UK every week and in such difficult times it is more important than ever for us to operate safely, responsibly and within government guidelines.

• Please do not be offended, if our advisors do not offer a handshake when meeting you but just a friendly smile.
• All of our advisors, surveyors and installation teams will follow all government guidelines on cleanliness and hand sanitization before entering your property.
• We are more than happy to wear masks during our visits, if requested.
• Our team will not accept drinks or refreshments during their visit.
• We are more than happy to deal with a friend or family member on behalf of vulnerable customers.

We take the safety of our customers and employees extremely seriously and will do everything possible to keep them safe.
